1、中国大学专业共有13个学科门类，92个专业类，506个专业。13个学科分别是：哲学、历史学、文学、艺术学、教育学、法学、经济学、管理学、理学、工学、农学、医学、军事学。
2、《普通高等学校本科专业目录（2012年）》是高等教育工作的基本指导性文件之一。它规定专业划分、名称及所属门类，是设置和调整专业、实施人才培养、安排招生、授予学位、指导就业，进行教育统计和人才需求预测等工作的重要依据。

（一）我国的高校现行的13个学科门类是

（1）哲学；

（2）经济学；

（3）法学；

（4）教育学；

（5）文学；

（12）管理学；

（13）艺术学。

（二）学科门下设一级学科，共有110个一级学科（不含军事学） 。

管理学是一门综合性的交叉学科，是系统研究管理活动的基本规律和一般方法的科学。管理学是适应现代社会化大生产的需要产生的，它的目的是：研究在现有的条件下，如何通过合理的组织和配置人、财、物等因素，提高生产力的水平。

它有三层含义：

（1）管理是一种有意识，有目的的活动，它服务并服从于组织目标。

（2）管理是一个连续进行的活动过程，实现组织目标的过程，就是管理者执行计划组织领导控制等职能的过程。由于这一系列职能之间是相互关联的，从而使得管理过程体现为一个连续进行的活动过程。

（3）管理活动是在一定的环境中进行的，在开放的条件下，任何组织都处于千变万化的环境之中，复杂的环境成为决定组织生存与发展的重要因素。
